Sebastian Loch — Founder & Managing Director

Sebastian brings a background in electrical engineering and construction project management to every project. He founded ASCANIA in 2021 and relocated to Tampa Bay in 2026 — today he works directly with homeowners across Pinellas and Hillsborough County.

He knows what homeowners want: someone who shows up on time, keeps the budget honest, communicates clearly — and treats your home with the same care he'd treat his own.

Before Tampa Bay: Sebastian supervised the full fit-out of a 32-unit apartment hotel in Europe — coordinating all trades, overseeing network infrastructure, security cameras, and electronic access control systems from rough-in to handover.
